Georges St-Pierre

Developed by GSP for his own personal training, this program blends cardio, strength, mobility and injury prevention movements. Program consist of an “on-deck” warm-up, photos and cuing instructions for 24 “in-pool” exercises. All 24 “in-pool” exercises include video clips of Georges personally performing the movement.

This program can be scaled by the user to workout with virtually any segment of the population.
