The Hydrorevolution Speed, Power, Agility program consists of various drills that will help improve reactivity and activation of the neuromuscular system, which will result in better balance, coordination and faster, more explosive movements.

We recommend using an aquatic shoe to ensure proper form, muscle activation and allow you to push yourself even harder. For those looking for more of a challenge, lower body fins from Aquastrength OR Aqualogix can also be added.
