Hydrorevolution Upper Body Workout Program Description:

The Hydrorevolution Upper Body Workout Program has been designed for those wanting to focus on upper body strength, muscle tone and stability.

This workout is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and offers progression options so you can continue to challenge yourself and get the results you are after! The Upper Body Workout can be performed anywhere from 3-6 times per week depending on your fitness goals, and can also be used to compliment your land-based training.

This program starts with a dynamic warm up and is followed by an upper body strength and stability section before concluding with a cardiovascular and endurance component.

You can complete this workout using either Aquastrength or Aqualogix Bells. The unique 3D design of their equipment means the workout can be tailored to suit any age or fitness level. Simply push harder for increased resistance, or reduce the tempo for less of a challenge.
