The Aquastrength Single Bell is ideal for working your core and all unilateral upper body training! Designed to further enhance the waters 3D properties, the bell can be moved in any direction to provide a smooth, uniform resistance to maximize strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, speed, power and stability.

The unique open handle design helps reduce forearm fatigue and allows you to easily pass the bell from hand to the other during a workout – making it perfect for challenging your core!

This Program has been designed for people who are looking to add more of a challenge to their coordination, balance and overall fitness level. It kicks off with a warm up, before moving onto a strength and stability component and finishing off with a range of exercises to target the core.
